Als Product Owner / Business Analyst übernehmen Sie in unserem Team folgende Aufgaben: Sie … bilden das Bindeglied zwischen den Anwender:innen und der Informatik; sammeln und formulieren Anforderungen von Studierenden, Dozierenden und Mitarbeitenden und priorisieren diese für das fachliche Backlog; analysieren Geschäftsprozesse und beraten die Fachabteilungen im Hinblick auf Verbesserungen; nehmen Software-Entwicklungen ab, formulieren fachliche Testfälle und übergeben die Entwicklungen an die Nutzenden für weitergehende Tests; begleiten den GoLive und den Change Prozess; pflegen den Kontakt zu Stakeholdern und Anwender:innen. Sie sind eine neugierige und gestaltungsfreudige Persönlichkeit mit ausgezeichneten analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten und vorzugsweise einem technischen Hintergrund. Es fällt Ihnen leicht, die richtigen Fragen zu stellen, um komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen. Sie sind hartnäckig und ehrgeizig, in einem komplexen Umfeld gute Lösungen anzustreben. Sie haben Durchhaltevermögen, reagieren flexibel auf wechselnde Herausforderungen und arbeiten dabei konsequent lösungsorientiert. Sie haben kommunikativ verschiedene Register zur Verfügung, sodass Sie mit Menschen unterschiedlichster Bereiche und Interessen empathisch und vertrauensvoll zusammenarbeiten. Sie können komplexe Sachverhalte sprachlich (Deutsch) und visuell klar und überzeugend vermitteln. Idealerweise haben Sie folgenden Aus-/Weiterbildungshintergrund bzw. folgende Kenntnisse:abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker:in oder abgeschlossenes Studium in einem analytischen Fachbereich (Informatik, Mathematik, Physik etc.) oder Quereinsteiger:in mit Berufserfahrung in Informatikprojekten;Verständnis für Datenstrukturen, idealerweise Programmierkenntnisse;Erfahrungen im Bereich UX/UI unter Berücksichtigung von Accessibility;idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP-Modulen.
