To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and independent person for both locations: Vitznau + HertensteinIn this newly created and varied position, you will be responsible for supervision, development, and ensuring effective, economical nursing care that meets current quality standards with a focus on neurorehabilitation. In this way, you contribute to achieving a high quality of care for patients/relatives with positive patient outcomes according to the principles of professional care. Through targeted evaluations and participation in the nursing team, you will identify potential areas for action and take measures to further develop professional care. You consciously shape and maintain your professional relationships and are willing to network across organizations. You provide guidance and coaching on nursing expertise, are jointly responsible for internal knowledge management, conduct training sessions, and promote process-oriented, constructive cooperation in our clinic.
