In this role, you will manage all relationship management activities for clients, coordinate business development programs and call plans to manage objectives and procedures, and analyze relationship plan results and account activities to develop solutions.
Responsibilities
- You convince new and existing sales partners for our payment services and develop long-term relationships from them.
- Lead generation (outbound leads from the marketing team/partner portfolio) and active new customer acquisition.
- Flawless overview of current market trends at the POS, as well as understanding customer needs in a fast-moving work environment.
- You further develop the partnerships by analyzing and understanding the needs in order to ensure the satisfaction of your partners.
- You are responsible for ensuring fast and high-quality communication with partners and newly acquired customers.
Skills and Competencies
- Native German
- Experience in a sales or client-relationship role
- Experience in the financial services or banking is an advantage
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team
- Very good time management
