Job Description
ISF is a private, full-day school serving students from Kindergarten/Pre-school to Grade 12 using English as the language of instruction. ISF offers students a structured, internationally oriented, college-preparatory curriculum that emphasizes the core subjects of English, mathematics, German, and the sciences. The ISF community is truly international, proudly educating students from more than 50 countries.
ISF is a member of the global SABIS® Network, a network that has an active presence in 21 countries on five continents. SABIS® schools implement a proven, proprietary system that help students develop a solid foundation of knowledge and skills, a love of lifelong learning, and the ability to adapt to and lead change.
To ensure that we are able to continue the successful development in the future, we are looking to hire a qualified, highly motivated
School Director (m/f/d)
with excellent education management skills to lead ISF.

- Lead by example by maintaining a positive attitude and being an outstanding motivator
- Nurture a positive relationship with students, staff, parents, and Works' Council
- Set/re-set priorities with agility and follow through to achievement
- Demonstrate fairness at all times
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
- Effectively multi-task and delegate
- Report regularly to SABIS®
- Master's degree or higher in education or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an effective school leader
- Teaching certificate/experience is a plus
- Fluent English is a must; knowledge of German is a plus
- Experience in SABIS® school management is a plus
