We’re looking for a Working Student – Finance Operations to join our team in our Berlin office as of now!
Tasks
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll support quarterly reporting to investors (LPs), ensuring accurate and timely updates
- You’ll assist with preparing the accounting and internal analyses
- You’ll support investor onboarding & monitoring in particular KYC/AML checks and legal documentation reviews
- You’ll work with portfolio companies to gather financial KPIs and insights
- You’ll support with implementing new finance processes to take the organisation to the next level
- You’ll support on ad-hoc projects that drive the firm’s long-term strategy
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- You are currently completing a degree in business administration or finance and still have at least 2 semesters left
- You are available for 15-20 hours per week
- You are good with numbers and have already gained some experience in a fast-paced working environment, ideally with the Big4 or consulting
- You work accurately, conscientiously, and with team spirit
- You are comfortable with MS Office suite (especially Excel) and cloud-based solutions such as Google Sheets
- You are fluent in German and English
- You are excited to be part of a mission-driven team working on global challenges
