Now, we’re looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive our digital marketing efforts. This is a remote-first position starting May 5th, 2025 . If you’re passionate about data-driven marketing and want to make a real impact, this role is for you!
We’re a small marketing team focused on our key European markets: Sweden , Denmark , Germany (DACH) , Italy , and Finland . As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in driving our digital marketing strategy across these regions, working hands-on with most aspects of digital marketing, including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and campaign optimization
Tasks
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Right People Group, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive growth
- Analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms
- Implementing and managing conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve results
- Utilizing marketing automation tools to streamline processes and increase efficiency
- Creating reports on marketing performance and actionable insights
- Monitoring and improving key marketing metrics and KPIs
- Support the organization on other marketing-related tasks
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in performance marketing and data analysis
- Strong expertise in marketing automation tools and techniques
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- A fast-learning, pragmatic mindset with a passion for marketing and technology
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Programming experience (ideally in Node.js or TypeScript)
