About the position and what we offer
For our Global Sales team we are looking for Area Sales Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the FMCG trading market in your region with reference to our Head of Global Sales. You will be responsible for broadening our customer portfolio and developing our relationships with existing and new customers to maximise our sales potential and meet our revenue and profit growth targets. Thereby you can become a part of shaping the future of our business and make a significant impact in the dynamic global FMCG landscape.

Your key responsibilities are:

  1. Identifying and acquiring new customers in corporation with our new business manager to expand our market presence.
  2. Having a holistic understanding of your customers to formulate and execute effective business plans to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  3. To foster strong relationships with existing clients and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  4. To collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and meet overall company objectives.
  5. Continuously developing a comprehensive understanding of the trading FMCG market, including key players, market dynamics and emerging trends.

Your profile
You have minimum 3 years’ experience from a similar role and a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. It is a must to have experience in FMCG trading sales and a deep knowledge of the industry’s dynamic.
You can be based in one of our offices (currently Germany, Poland, Netherlands and Singapore) or you can work remotely from home, as long as you are self-driven and able to achieve your targets. You will get an extensive on-boarding in our head-office, which will make you able to work from the distance. Professional English language skills is given and preferable you also speak the local language of, where you and your customers are based.

As a person you possess strong analytical and strategic planning skills. You are an excellent communicator with solid interpersonal abilities. You are highly responsible, trustworthy and able to operate autonomously, while collaborating within a team. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, willingness to travel is essential.
