Junior Contract and Proposal Manager (m/f/d)
Full-time permanent position at our head office in Dresden, Germany or home-office based
ABX-CRO is an internationally active contract research organization based in Dresden, Germany. We offer global services in the field of clinical research and drug development for radiopharmaceuticals. In the Business Development Team, we are the first point of contact for our pharma and biotech clients to help them plan their next clinical study.
We are looking for a new member to join our growing team to support the proposal to contracting process.
This is what you will do as a Junior Contract and Proposal Manager with us:
- Assist in the generation of high-quality proposals for clinical studies
- Support the internal proposal development process
- Calculate project budgets and ensure revisions until approval
- Interact with other departments to ensure broad understanding of requirements throughout the team
- Obtain quotations from vendors to support projects
- Assist in the preparation of bid defense meetings
- Prepare work orders, change orders, and confidentiality agreements
- Maintain proposal and project budgets in our internal Trial Management System
Must-haves
- University degree or college diploma (preferably in business, finance, economics, Clinical Trial Management, health management, life sciences, or similar), or 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluent in English; German knowledge is an advantage
- Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of other MS Office programs
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced industry
- Experience in clinical research or previous experience with a CRO is an advantage
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and share ideas
