Responsibilities:
- SEO and SEM Optimization: Optimize website content and manage pay-per-click campaigns to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and generate quality leads.
- Website: Further improve the website and its content.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to amplify brand messaging, foster community engagement, and drive lead generation efforts.
- Email/SMS Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote product/service offerings, upselling, and support customer retention initiatives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization and improvement.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Management, Brand and Communications, Customer Value Management, and Digital Marketing & Sales Operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Content Creation and Management: Create compelling and relevant content across various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and more, to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
- Trend Analysis: Track and analyze trends in the digital marketing landscape and implement them in your own strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent in German
- Ideally, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with Performance, digital and search engine marketing – preferably in small, modestly staffed companies
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google AdWords, website CMS, social media, SEO website crawler, LinkedIn Ads Manager, etc.
- Interest in supporting POS marketing during a transition period
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German; every other language is a plus
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small team in a dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Structured and well-organized work style
- Ability to work purposefully and independently while being a team player
