Job Description & Summary
At PwC, our people in audit and assurance focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information with a variety of stakeholders. They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls.
Your Impact
- Support clients with their sustainability reporting strategy including gap assessment, pre-assurance, and assurance according to various local and international standards.
- Review non-financial sustainability reporting including content for mandatory ESG disclosures, including country-specific reports.
- Coordinate and work collaboratively with SME teams on various subject matters including environment and due diligence.
- Review internal control systems and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Participate in and lead assurance engagements including developing and implementing testing strategy and preparing reports.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of a broad range of clients and industries.
- Join an active, diversified team in a rapidly developing sector.
Your Skill Set
- Knowledge and experience working with sustainability reporting standards and regulations, such as SDGs, GHG protocol, GRI, CSRD/ESRS, DDTrO.
- High motivation and passion for sustainability, climate change topics, and related regulations.
- At least 8 years of experience, preferably in various fields related to audit and/or climate risk management and due diligence assessment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and summarizing skills.
- Ability to solve problems independently.
