Responsibilities:
Responsibility and quality: You will be responsible for the cost-effective and on-time provision of our products at the highest quality level. In doing so, you will use personnel, operating resources, materials, and machines efficiently and organise work processes optimally.
Team leadership and development: You will plan and lead the directly subordinate staff, consisting of team leaders, replenishers, process technicians, quality inspectors, QAPs, setters, and workers. In addition, you will ensure the qualification and continuous development of the approximately 80 employees.
Training and development measures: You will draw up training plans for the staff of the BU and implement the planned measures in order to continuously improve the skills and knowledge of the team.
Lean management and optimization: You will plan, execute, and participate in lean activities as well as small rationalization measures and group projects. In doing so, you will drive the further development and optimization of the product delivery process in order to achieve the defined LC goals.
Qualifications:
Technical education: You have a degree in mechanical engineering (engineer, bachelor’s degree) or are a state-certified technician in the field of mechanical engineering.
Language skills: You are fluent in German and English.
Lean competence: You have been trained as a Lean Green Belt or are willing to continue your education in this area.
Good-to-have:
Leadership experience: You already have experience in leading teams and can motivate and develop them.
Structured working style: You work independently and in a structured manner, are a team player and reliable.
Organisational skills and flexibility: You have a high degree of organisational skills, flexibility, and motivation.
Project management experience: You have experience in project management and can successfully manage projects.
