We are looking for you to fill the role as Director People Development (f/m/d) homebased in Frankfurt am Main (Gateway Gardens). You will fill a pivotal leadership role responsible for the strategic design, execution, and oversight of key talent initiatives to enhance employee engagement, talent development, and organizational performance across the Group.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your tasks:

  • As Director People Development (f/m/d) you will design and implement the strategies of the company’s Talent Management and Organizational Development activities comprising career management and employee engagement programs , ensuring they align with organizational values and strategic objectives. You will also develop and execute global and specific talent programs to support career growth, succession planning, and leadership development. You will lead DE&I initiatives globally, supporting the talent sustainability strategy and embedding inclusive practices across the employee lifecycle.

  • You will play a pivotal role in further developing and driving value-adding, creative and effective performance management processes , setting standards for the global organization while ensuring the right amount of flexibility for our Operating Units. Acting as a talent partner for the leaders of the business you will align talent management strategies with business goals and challenges.

  • You will collaborate with regional HR leaders and business partners to identify and address talent gaps, providing guidance on succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.

  • You will oversee the design , rollout , and analysis of employee engagement surveys and pulse checks , ensuring actionable insights are applied at both global and regional levels. Partnering with leadership and HR teams, you will create and implement targeted initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

  • You will lead , mentor , and develop a high-performing , cross-regional team to execute talent initiatives effectively. You will foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring alignment with the broader People Development strategy, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent-related challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, with deep expertise in DE&I best practices and a proven track record of advancing inclusion efforts within an organization.

  • You have extensive experience in a senior talent management role, focusing on global talent strategies and regional execution, with a strong understanding of employee engagement, talent development, DE&I, and performance management processes.

  • You consistently demonstrate the ability to partner with regional business units, aligning talent initiatives with operational and strategic goals.

  • You have significant experience in managing and developing diverse, cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment.

  • You possess exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders. You have strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to leverage data for actionable insights.
