- You build trusted relationships with our existing customers by becoming a product expert.
- You take care of incoming tickets and, if necessary, distribute them internally.
- You ensure customer success by providing support to our existing customers via mail and phone.
- You understand the customers’ needs and communicate feature requests within the customer success team.
- You are continuously improving our help center articles and product guides based on your customers’ questions.
You are special because:
- You are a student of Business Administration or a similar course of study.
- You have gained first experience in the field of Customer Success.
- You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in German and English (speaking & writing skills).
- You are able to react quickly, analyze, and prioritize incoming tasks, and stay calm even in difficult situations.
