  6. Organise and implement tropical forest EO product generation considering budget, schedule, and resources.
  7. Implement Quality Control and Quality Assurance of output products.
  8. Support project reporting and documentation of workflows and tools.
  9. Assist the forest team in preparing new proposals, understanding tender objectives, and preparing appropriate text responding to the requirements.

  3. Profound knowledge of machine learning, neural networks, and ensemble learning techniques.
  4. Understanding of modular process chains for thematic image analysis.
  5. Experience with workflows for thematic EO data analysis in Python across optical, thermal, and radar data domains.
  6. Advanced practical experience in remote sensing, GIS, EO data processing, tropical forest, and land cover classification.
  7. Excellent reporting skills and demonstrated report writing experience.
  8. Good communication skills for interfacing with development teams and project managers.
  9. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  10. Excellent command of English (C1-C2 level according to the CEFR).

Desirable Knowledge:

  1. Programming experience in Python and/or R.
  2. Basic knowledge of geodatabases, GeoServer, and OGC Standards.
  3. Knowledge of Docker Container and Microservices.
  4. Experience in Cloud Computing on AWS or OTC.

Our Offer:

  1. Varied and responsible work in an international and interdisciplinary environment.
