Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
Innovation & Impact
- Drive continuous innovation by thinking creatively about how to solve real business problems—beyond standard feature checklists.
- Push teams outside their comfort zone with evidence-based decisions, persuasive communication, and consistent collaboration.
Product discovery and D evelopment
- Partner with clients to uncover and understand their business goals, challenges and constraints.
- Lead discovery sessions to co-create product concepts and solutions that meet or exceed the client expectations.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, evaluate feature usability, and inform product roadmaps.
Product vision, strategy and roadmaping
- Define and execute product roadmaps that translate strategic visions into actionable initiatives and epics.
- Own product prioritization based on market analysis, user feedback, and alignment with business objectives.
- Employ an iterative, test-and-learn approach to validate assumptions and optimize solutions.
Customer & Market Expertise
- Become an acknowledged expert on the clients, including their pains, desires, and decision-making processes.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions, measure success, and refine product positioning.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions, measure success, and and keep the product roadmap focused on high-impact initiatives.
- Monitor key performance metrics (accuracy, scalability, user experience) post-launch and swiftly address any issues or enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Drive stakeholder management, securing buy-in from senior leadership and bridging communication across functions and internal & external stakeholders.
- Work closely withAI & Dataengineering, design, architecture, and business leads to ensure product alignment with market & client demand and features meet quality standards and deadlines.
Agile & Technical Excellence
- Serve as the primary product manager & owner, writing clear user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing the backlog in an Agile environment.
- Conduct user acceptance tests and prioritize enhancements for timely delivery during and post-implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in product management and user experience.
Your profile
Experience & Skills
- Proven product management experience in software product development, ideally in MarTech or related fields.
- A strong portfolio showcasing product management work, detailing successful product launches and sustained customer impact.
- Familiar with Agile development practices such as (Scrum, Kanban, DSDM, Safe , User Stories, Backlog Management, Lean/Design Thinking, User-Centered Design).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage at all levels internal and external including senior stakeholders.
