Enterprise Account Executive – First on the Ground
Strive has partnered with a leading vendor in the Metadata ops/catalogue/governance space and has been tasked with finding their first sales reps in DACH.
This is a unique opportunity to join one of the hottest vendors in the Modern Data Stack and open up what is renowned for being a top-performing region for tier 1 vendors.

The Role:
- New business hunter position, focusing on signing new logo
- 100% of fully ramped reps over-achieved their quota in FY24
- EMEA was the top-performing team globally last year
- 100% of the reps exceeded their annual quota
- 87% POV win rate
- >85% inbound leads
- €280k OTE (with multiple examples of over-achievement) with attractive equity play
The Leadership:
- CEO is in the Forbes 30 under 30, Forbes 40 under 40
- Head of majors has exited their last 2x companies via acquisition (Google and Workday were acquirers)
- CRO has built one of the industry-leading data companies (9-figure ARR)
- All executives/investors have a track record of building, growing & executing with startups such as Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran etc.
- Most notable & successful investors in the industry (Sequoia/Insight partners)
- Angel investors include Former CEO @ Snowflake, Founder @ DataRobot, Founder @ Thoughtspot and many others.
- EMEA leader was also the founding rep and has built numerous high-performing teams with a proven track record of hiring and developing exceptional sellers.

- 2nd Call: In-depth call w/ VP of Sales
- 3rd: Panel interview (mock discovery)
- 4th: Call: Culture w/ CRO
