About the Company

Our client provides a cutting-edge deal-suite SaaS solution for investment companies in the real estate industry. Today, 95% of real estate transactions are handled manually, leading to inefficiencies and delays. This SaaS platform enables investment firms to close deals 80% faster and secure highly relevant opportunities, revolutionizing how real estate transactions are managed.

Your Role, As a Pioneer Account Executive:

  • Own the entire sales cycle , from cold outreach to closing high-value deals.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships , acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Develop and optimize sales sequences within HubSpot, laying the groundwork for a scalable sales team.
  • Collaborate with the founders to establish and refine the sales foundation.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary of €60k–€70k.
  • Uncapped commission structure with a 20% rate on all deals.

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and brings:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience with a strong track record in outbound sales.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset : A proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills : Ability to build trust and influence decision-making.
  • CRM proficiency : Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
  • Language & location : Native German speaker based in Berlin.
