About the Company
Our client provides a cutting-edge deal-suite SaaS solution for investment companies in the real estate industry. Today, 95% of real estate transactions are handled manually, leading to inefficiencies and delays. This SaaS platform enables investment firms to close deals 80% faster and secure highly relevant opportunities, revolutionizing how real estate transactions are managed.
Your Role, As a Pioneer Account Executive:
- Own the entire sales cycle , from cold outreach to closing high-value deals.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships , acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Develop and optimize sales sequences within HubSpot, laying the groundwork for a scalable sales team.
- Collaborate with the founders to establish and refine the sales foundation.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary of €60k–€70k.
- Uncapped commission structure with a 20% rate on all deals.
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and brings:
- At least 1 year of sales experience with a strong track record in outbound sales.
- Entrepreneurial mindset : A proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and consulting skills : Ability to build trust and influence decision-making.
- CRM proficiency : Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
- Language & location : Native German speaker based in Berlin.
