What You Will Do:
- Work with the Account Management team on delivery management and growth of the associated service. Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
- Manage customer expectations along with HCL’s commitments to the customer in ongoing project assignments. Engage and work with customers post the award of work, setup, execution, and customer experience management during the work delivery.
- Engage with HCL teams on customer expectations and managing the asks and commitments.
- Own the onsite PnL responsibility for projects, identify cost-effective models, and engage with clients on alignment and execution of the same. Run and execute requisite delivery governance and customer success plans.
- Represent HCL Delivery teams for new businesses and Day 0 engagement plans.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience of working with German financial services IT applications delivery.
- Experience of working with outsourcing service providers and providing a global delivery experience.
- Ability to bootstrap and engage with large techno-functional teams for new engagements.
- Experience in managing customer expectations on IT delivery in alignment with SLAs and customer experience priorities.
- Experience in using various commercial and execution models (including Scaled Agile) methods for project delivery.
