YOUR ROLE
- Define and implement global, regional, and local account strategies, including annual revenue (KP) and target plans (TP) for Henkel Adhesive Technologies.
- Recognize new business opportunities, allocate business development budgets, and drive progress towards defined objectives.
- Translate customer strategies and priorities into collaborative innovation roadmaps to foster joint developments.
- Promote value and solution selling across the account portfolio.
- Establish and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with key accounts, executives, and sponsors.
- Define account-specific pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with commercial policies and commitment fulfillment.
- Streamline sales processes within the regional and global scope of the customer while coordinating the respective sales colleagues.
- Foster strong internal and cross-functional relationships to execute account strategies and meet key performance (KP) and growth (OSG and PC) targets.
YOUR SKILLS
- Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or similar with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in technical sales.
- Ability to influence, motivate, and create relationships at all levels with a strong focus on results and value creation.
- Strong communication skills and team orientation with the ability to coordinate projects with internal stakeholders, commercially and technically.
- Willingness to travel in Europe and to work remotely.
- Fluent in English; other languages like German, Swedish, or Italian would be a plus.
