Join us on a purpose driven mission to remove 1% of all CO2e in Europe for good. Variolytics started in 2020 in the city of Stuttgart, where we built and designed the leading system to decarbonise the wastewater industry. We are experiencing rapid growth for our system from the leading Wastewater Treatment Plants in Europe and are looking for skilled environmental sales engineers. Our goal? To be the catalyst for change with our technology platform, constantly pioneering in finding ways to solve climate challenges within the wastewater industry, whilst being a world-class employer; building an agile and global team, transforming one wastewater treatment plant at a time.

Your Position

  • Supporting the sales team: You coordinate administrative and organizational tasks to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Preparing offers and managing contracts: You prepare offers, check them for completeness and accuracy, and support the creation and management of contracts.
  • Customer communication: You are in close contact with our customers and partners and ensure professional support for inquiries and queries.
  • Maintenance of the CRM system: You are responsible for maintaining and updating customer data and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Coordination of processes: You take on the interface function between sales, technology and other departments and ensure that projects are implemented on schedule.

Your Background

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in economics.
  • Professional experience in internal sales, sales back office or a comparable position.
  • Ideally experience in selling technological products.
  • Affinity for environmental and air conditioning technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Confident handling of common Office applications (e.g. MS Office) and ideally experience with CRM systems.
  • Proactive, structured way of working and team spirit.
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English.
