Job Title: Finance Business Partner
Location: Cologne (hybrid working)
Salary: €90-100k per annum basic salary
A leading global law firm is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join their Finance Business Partnering team. This role is pivotal in supporting an individual practice group while collaborating across various countries and sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key financial interface between international practice group management and the Finance department.
- Provide financial expertise and support to International Practice Group Heads, enhancing financial performance and profitability.
- Lead the delivery of finance training and mentoring for newly promoted partners and new joiners.
- Support strategic business development and client profitability initiatives within practice groups.
- Collaborate with credit control and local finance teams to address financial issues and risks.
- Manage the annual planning and budgeting process for the practice group, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Accountant
- Experience in Finance Business Partnering with senior stakeholders, preferably in professional services.
- Strong commercial acumen with exceptional analysis and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to large audiences.
