Our client, a leading tech-focused mid-market private equity firm, is looking for a high-caliber Associate to join their dynamic team in Berlin . With a strong track record of investing in cutting-edge TMT, software, and technology-driven businesses , they provide hands-on support to fast-growing companies across the DACH region.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end investment process , including deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution.
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis to assess potential investments.
- Work closely with portfolio companies to drive strategic growth initiatives.
- Prepare investment committee materials and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements
