Position Overview:
- Maintaining existing and developing new business for specialty gases equipment.
- Researching the specialty gases market on a daily basis.
- Providing product knowledge and technical support to existing distributors and end users.
- Developing training plans for distributors and end users.
- Developing yearly business plans for distributors and end users, and submitting revised results quarterly.
- Building and developing successful long-term relationships with internal departments (Finance, Operations) and external customers (Distributors/Final Customers).
- Building the company brand identity.
- Researching and analyzing market trends, product and distribution channel information.
- Maintaining and meeting the approved sales budget.
Our requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or Industrial Engineering with a strong background in specialty gases area.
- Experience in sales or product management environment for at least 3 years.
- Knowledge of the specialty gases market (preferable work experience in the specialty gases market).
- Sufficient level of technical knowledge.
- Fluency in English; other European languages would be a plus.
- Ability to travel.
- Interpersonal ability to represent the company in contacts with customers and building relationships with them.
- Competitive drive as well as creative thinking to overcome customer potential rejection.
