What is the role about?
- Deep dive analyses: Conduct detailed analyses of processes in Supply, Sales and Operations. Communicate findings in compelling stories to technical and non-technical audiences. Proactively suggest improvements.
- Dashboard Creation: Build interactive reports with Looker.
- Develop and implement the entire tracking landscape to understand our customer and run effective A/B tests.
- Own data projects from end-to-end. You will manage data pipelines, ensure data quality, model data in dbt, and put them into reports or visualisations in Looker.
- Bring ideas to life. We welcome prototyping solutions which generate impact right away.
- Work as one team with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Product Managers to improve our digital customer journey.
What will you need to be successful?
- You are proficient in SQL and bring previous experience in data analytics, data science, business intelligence or a related field. We welcome applicants with an academic background.
- You have knowledge of statistics — using statistical concepts in testing, modelling, and forecasting.
- You have knowledge of tracking and A/B testing.
- You have a strong business mindset and are able to communicate data topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- You are able to work independently and have a problem-solving mindset.
- You like to collaborate with your colleagues. You ask colleagues when you’re stuck and help them out when they are. You discuss ideas and challenges.
- Having prior experience in an e-commerce environment is a plus!
