Our client is in search of a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV Developer to become part of their team. The role involves aiding in the creation and upkeep of personalized approaches utilizing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV platform. As a developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV, you will play a pivotal role by closely engaging with end-users to comprehend their operational requisites and crafting bespoke solutions to cater to those needs.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Design, develop, test, and implement customizations, modules, interfaces, and workflows within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with business analysts, application managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Manage and maintain the ERP system for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including performance, data integrity, and security concerns.
- Develop and maintain integrations between the ERP system and other organizational systems.
- Stay updated on ERP development trends, recommend system improvements, and contribute to project planning and documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in NAV development and architecture using CAL and AL.
- Strong understanding of cross-departmental organizational dynamics and business relationships.
- Proficient in working with ERP systems, particularly MS Dynamics NAV.
- Completed training or degree in IT, computer science, business informatics, business administration, or similar fields.
- Knowledge and experience in relational database systems.
- Pragmatic, goal-oriented, customer-focused approach with excellent analytical skills and quick comprehension. Strong interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders and customers.
- Strong English and German language skills.
