Job Title: Game Developer Success Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our company and our game developer partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data, a desire to always find ways to improve, and a passion for building and maintaining successful partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the main point of contact for game developer partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships to drive mutual growth and success.
- Accountable for creating and delivering a disciplined integration strategy, process, and execution plan.
- Manage short and long-term (multi-month) integrations, setting timelines, keeping all stakeholders up to date, and independently driving the process forward. Superb attention to detail is an absolute must.
- Record partner’s projects and keep the team up to date on the status by documenting the process of integration.
- Work closely with the commercial team to rationalize and break down pending opportunities.
- Participate in early conversations with potential clients/partners to lend your expertise to help promote the sale of services from GRID.
- Ideate and identify new business opportunities to diversify the offerings across multiple channels.
- Your role as CSM will include close external interaction with game developers and internal interaction with product development, commercial, and marketing teams.

- Industry experience: Strong experience in the gaming, esports, and related industries or in a high-growth Tech startup or Strategy Consulting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to identify issues proactively and develop effective solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a field related to technology or business studies.
