Global Medical Scientific Liaison Manager

We’re seeking a Global Medical Scientific Liaison Manager to align HR operations with business goals, foster a positive work environment, and support our team’s growth. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, providing strategic HR insights and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Strategy: Lead clinical trials across all our product lines, from pre-launch studies to post-marketing surveillance.
• KOL Engagement: Plan and organize global activities with Key Opinion Leaders (advisory boards, expert panels, etc.), and ensure alignment with our company goals.
• HCP Programs: Create and deliver scientific content for healthcare professionals through events like webinars, workshops, and round tables.
• Marketing Support: Review and approve medical content for marketing materials to ensure everything is scientifically accurate.
• Scientific Support: Act as the go-to person for clinical inquiries, helping the team with expert insights and supporting Regulatory Affairs.
• Training: Provide medical education for the sales and marketing teams and HCPs to help them understand and share the benefits of our products.
• Compliance: Ensure clinical trials meet all relevant regulations for medical devices.

What You’ll Need:

• Education: You’ll need a degree in a medical or scientific field (MD, PharmD, PhD); Ophthalmology background is a bonus!
• Languages: Fluency in English and another European language (German is a plus).
• Experience: A few years in medical liaison or medical affairs, ideally in the medical device industry.
• Experience in areas like cataract/refractive surgery, orthopedics, or dermatology is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MDR regulations and experience with medical writing and clinical trial documentation.
• Great at building relationships with healthcare professionals, especially surgeons.
• Willing to travel about 25% of the time.
