User Experience Researcher

Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and document various usability tests using methodologies such as A/B testing, unmoderated usability tests, and VR concept testing.
2. Ensure usability testing is performed with the right tools, processes, and quality.
3. Collaborate with different project teams to contribute to their usability studies.
4. Translate UX research insights, user needs, business requirements, and technical requirements into efficient User Experiences.
5. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
6. Advocate for accessibility, quality, and usability for end-users.
7. Support team members on the usability testing process and methods.

Qualifications:

1. BSc in Science, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Factors Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Experience with formative evaluation methods, including usability testing.
4. Experience collecting and analyzing physiological and behavioral data.
5. Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively.
6. Knowledgeable about tools or platforms to automate usability testing.
7. Fluent in English.
