Your Tasks:

  • In collaboration with experienced colleagues and our account management team, you will be responsible for direct technical consulting, solution development, and the implementation of cloud solutions in the role of presales consultant for our customers.
  • You will design and participate in highly interesting and technically demanding projects.
  • You will advise new customers in their search for the optimal private, hybrid (public) cloud environment.
  • You will design and implement complex IT infrastructure projects in the areas of cloud, hybrid cloud, compute, storage, HCI, backup, and virtualisation.
  • You will advise existing customers on optimising their multi-cloud solutions.
  • Internally, you will work closely with the responsible account managers and support them with the relevant sales pitches.
  • You will be responsible for error analysis, troubleshooting, and documenting the IT environments.
  • You will collaborate with our business partners beyond company boundaries and contribute to the continuous development of our cloud services portfolio.

Your Profile:

  • Ideally, you have initial experience in consulting and designing cloud services products, but have also gained several years of experience in operating hybrid cloud environments.
  • You have strong negotiating skills and can respond flexibly and confidently to a wide range of customer requirements.
  • Through creativity and independent action, you seek optimal customer solutions to continuously optimise customer environments.
  • Your communication skills and ability to work in a team are highly developed.
  • You are confident in presenting technical cloud services solutions to customers and decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel nationally is required.
