The Marketing Analyst role is part of our Marketing Analytics – Solutions team, responsible for building the data foundation, tooling and reporting to facilitate data-driven and efficient commercial decision-making. This team, as part of our holistic Commercial Planning & Trading unit, plays a key role in the commercial business steering and ensures that a triple digit yearly budget is invested in support of our growth ambitions and strategic priorities. Marketing Analytics operates in close collaboration with commercial, marketing, product & engineering colleagues across the company to deliver relevant business insights in a complex, fast-paced environment.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  1. You drive the creation of automated self service reporting solutions that enable Marketing Analytics and our stakeholders to conduct efficient reporting and informed decision-making.
  2. You collaborate closely with tech and product teams to ensure data availability and consistency, including quality assurance analysis and supporting in the integration of new data sources.
  3. You contribute to the development and implementation of measurement products to capture the effectiveness of Marketing investments, and enable improved investment decision-making.
  4. You perform analyses on various data sources (e.g. DWH, GA) with a focus on connecting the dots between marketing investments and their impact.
  5. You’re proud of your degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA) in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related data-driven equivalent.
  6. You have 3+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role (with marketing context being a plus).
  7. You have advanced skills around visualization & dashboard building with strong stakeholder centricity (e.g. MicroStrategy, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  8. You have a solid understanding of marketing attribution or tracking schemas and worked with related tools or systems (e.g. GA, Adjust).
  9. You have a profound experience with SQL and strive for automation with Python, Google Apps Script, R or similar.
  10. You can gather, clean up, and transform data from various sources to enable convenient insights creation.
  11. You are self-driven, results-oriented, enjoy working independently, and taking on responsibility. Your great communication skills would enable you to drive projects with different teams across the organization.
  12. Your oral and written English is business fluent.
