Your profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in strategic partner management and project management, preferably in the social media and agency environment.
• You have proven experience in leading teams and the ability to motivate and develop them.
• You think strategically, act independently, and fit excellently into our open, team-oriented corporate culture.
• You are familiar with the social media landscape and current trends.
• You are known for your excellent communication and negotiation skills. Analytical thinking, proactivity, and a solution-oriented approach are a matter of course for you.
• You speak fluent German and business-fluent English.
• You enjoy being in our Berlin office – not every day, but also not just once a year. How often? You clarify that independently with your team.
