About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage and enhance the technology workflows within the ServiceNow practice. This leadership role involves strategic oversight, team management, business development, and customer relationship management.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of ServiceNow Experts specializing in technology workflows, overseeing development discussions, recruiting, career planning, and performance management.
- Engaging in strategic management discussions with technical stream leads and executive teams.
- Managing the sales, profit planning, and budgeting for ServiceNow technology workflows.
- Creating and approving offers, and serving as an escalation point for customer issues.
- Supporting stream leads in contract negotiations and maintaining internal and external stakeholder communication.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement and contributing to business development in the ServiceNow technology space.

Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing and developing teams.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, IT Service Management (ITSM), and/or IT Operations Management.
- Extensive experience in IT consulting, particularly with large-scale projects.
- Expertise in IT enterprise software solutions, with a strong preference for ServiceNow experience.
- Exceptional business acumen with the ability to review business cases, manage offer/product calculations, and drive sales strategies.
- High-level customer orientation and entrepreneurial mindset, especially when dealing with senior decision-makers and CxO-level interactions.
- Strong analytical, structured, and systematic work approach.
- A professional, empathetic manor with excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluent in German, with advanced proficiency in English.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Sales-oriented with the ability to drive business development.
- Expertise in ServiceNow from a service provider perspective.
- Ability to effectively handle conflict manage customer expectations.
