The following challenges await you:
- As R&D Specialist (w/f/d) in the Chemistry team you are the expert for formulation & development of metal organic inks for inkjet printing within the growing start-up Heraeus Printed Electronics.
- You are responsible for the ink development activities and for the realization of projects in cooperation with other Chemistry team members and internal physical laboratories based on the development roadmap and customer requirements.
- Additionally, close cooperation and exchange with the process development department is required with regards to the optimization of metal organic ink and inkjet printing process.
- The role also involves documenting research results as well as drafting and reviewing patents.
Your profile:

Completed PhD in Chemistry and sound knowledge in inorganic complex chemistry of transition metals, synthesis methods and characterization.

Several years professional experience in the formulation of inkjet-compatible inks.

Agile project management, team-work and good communication skills.

Customer oriented mind-set and ambitious start-up mentality.

Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
