This dynamic mid-sized Irish organization is seeking a visionary Staff Data Engineer with exceptional communication and technical skills to partner closely with the CTO in transforming their data capabilities . This role is pivotal in driving their data strategy across the organisation .

This thrilling opportunity as a Staff Data Engineer involves Architecting, Designing, Developing, and Implementing a Greenfield Data Platform using the latest cloud technologies such as AWS, Lambda, Glue, S3, Athena, and Snowflake . You’ll be at the forefront of the team, mentoring more junior team members and making strategic decisions that directly impact the company’s future .

You will:

• Develop and implement a Greenfield AWS Data Platform
• Utilize technologies like AWS, Athena, Glue, Lambda, and Snowflake
• Gain exposure to AI, driving innovation
• Enjoy remote flexibility, with only 1 day per week in the office

Skills/Experience:

• 8 + years of experience in a Senior Data Engineer role
• Proven experience in AWS tech: Glue, Athena, and Lambda

Salary:

€100,000 – €105,000 + 15% Bonus + 5% Pension + Health Insurance and MORE!
