Your Role

• You are responsible for the management and implementation of projects in the areas of R&D and Regulatory
• As the point of contact for your area of responsibility, you support daily operations and take ownership of the relevant topics
• You design the overall picture (processes and applications) in the entire R&D area, implement them in SAP, and integrate them into associated processes such as sales, production, or quality
• You are responsible for analyzing existing and developing new best practice processes and organizational models
• You foster global collaboration with your colleagues to develop and implement a global IT strategy
• As an expert, you think outside the box and identify IT trends and innovations, especially the latest SAP technologies like SAP PLM Cloud and AI

Your Profile

• You have a very good understanding of R&D processes and data to structure them effectively
• Extensive experience in product development, especially with SAP PLM, and knowledge of SAP modules such as Recipe Development or EHS, is desirable
• You have excellent problem-solving skills
• You are willing to explore new things, learn quickly, and understand unfamiliar topics
• You are able to work analytically, conceptually, and with a hands-on approach
• You have experience in a similar role at your previous company
• You have successfully completed your degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field, or have a background in Natural Sciences with additional training
• You are skilled at presenting and explaining solutions in both English and German
• You are also willing to travel occasionally to other locations
