EMEA Training Coordinator Urology (m/f/d)
Purpose
Boston Scientific is committed to developing leadership in high-quality education programs for both employees and medical professionals. The EMEA network of Institute for Advancing Science has developed new capabilities and implemented specific training courses to support internal and external Training and Medical Education.
The core objective of the Training Coordinator is to coordinate Training and Medical Education activities, in collaboration with the Training Manager, the Medical faculty, and the local organizations, in compliance with European and local rules and regulations.
The Training Coordinator support is crucial for organizing high-quality training and achieving maximal internal and external satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
70% Event management / 30% Digital Education
Manage Face-to-Face & Digital training courses
- A-Z administrative and logistical management of the Urology training courses communications, registrations & allocations, logistics, welcome packs, compliance & contracting paperwork, liaison with speakers, training materials, course content legal & regulatory approval, demos shipment, course catalogue, tracking & evaluations analysis, certificates, room set-up, ZOOM management.
IAS Laser Room Management and support
- Manage IAS Dusseldorf Urology inventory and capital equipment tracking.
- Set Laser room training equipment prior to Training session at IAS Laser room.
- Train as a laser safety officer as per local requirement.
- Facilitate Laser room usage optimization through coordination with IAS local team.
Supervise follow-up & tracking of HCP training certification
- Registrations, Online training in ALM, Case Report Forms tracking and compliance, certification signoffs, database maintenance.
Manage KPIs & budget tracking
- Invoicing coordination.
- Collaboration with EDUCARE Proctor Bureau.
- Actuals versus plan, accruals with accounting.
- Tracking, preparation, and presentation of franchise KPI metrics.
Digital Initiatives
- EDUCARE Digital platform management: New Users tracking, content implementation & maintenance, manage all backend capabilities (taxonomy, contributors, communities), optimize and manage KPI tracking.
- ALM (LMS): Manage learning program allocation, enrollment, tracking.
- Zoom super-user: create events, manage reservations, polling system, attendees tracking, and live support for Digital events.
- Develop & manage templates & communications for Digital events within branding guidelines.
- Social Network communication of our Education offering in collaboration with the Multi Channel communication team.
Miscellaneous Projects
- Participation in cross-divisional projects/workstreams.
- Quality Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.
- As interface to Clients and Customer Service has direct responsibility to facilitate, share documents and process to identify, notify and ensure any complaint or problem are addressed, thereby demonstrating high commitment to Quality in all interactions and behaviors.
- Drive as needed to support and facilitate any field corrective action related to his/her scope.
- Ensures that all products and advertisement have been through the appropriate approval processes, prior to sharing or publishing.
Internal Key relationships:
Franchise Training Managers, Local IAS Coordinators, Office Manager, Franchise Training Coordinators, EDUCARE Proctor Bureau, Marketing, Sales Representatives, Therapy Representative, local Assistants, Compliance staff and Officer, Finance Staff.
External
Physicians, Clinical and Hospital Staff, and Government/Administrative Officials, Digital suppliers, services providers hotel, travel agent.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent English language knowledge.
- System knowledge: LMS, Educare, eHCP, eReq, Yalto, Approve, online training digital tools.
- Ability to work within an international environment.
- Good Project management skills.
- Multiple task management skills.
- Medical Equipment and or Capital Equipment past experience is a +.
- Relationship skills demonstrated through team building and close customer contacts.
- Strong initiative, organization and execution skills.
