Solution Architect – Contract Opportunity – VMWare, NIST, Private Cloud – Hybrid/Remote – Zurich/Bern

A large global organisation is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to provide Architecture and Advisory support for a Private Cloud platform.

SC Clearance may be required in the later stages.

The position is a part-time contract role, with project-based work compensated at an hourly rate.

You will initially be required to work on-site in the Switzerland Region (Bern/Zürich), with the potential to transition to remote work in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Architecture and Advisory support for an ITAR/CUI-Compliant Platform, adhering to NIST 800-171 guidelines.
• Assist in the creation of an up-and-running platform to meet the customer’s needs.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Solution Architecture for Private Cloud platforms , particularly with Private Cloud Enterprise .
• Expertise in ITAR/CUI compliance and NIST 800-171 regulations.
• Ideally certified in relevant cloud platforms and security compliance frameworks (NIST, ITAR).
• Fluency in German or English .
