Corporate Legal Counsel

Your responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic advice to management on a wide range of corporate legal matters, both domestically and internationally.
2. Oversee corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate governance, ensuring compliance with all related activities.
3. Support the supervisory board, maintain shareholder relationships, and manage corporate policies.
4. Act as a trusted advisor to colleagues and team members within your area of expertise.
5. Collaborate closely with external law firms and consultants.
6. Conduct employee training to promote awareness and understanding of legal matters.

Requirements:

1. Fully qualified lawyer with excellent academic achievements.
2. A minimum of two years of professional experience in corporate law, either in private practice or as in-house counsel, ideally in an international context.
3. Outstanding communication skills combined with professionalism and strong analytical abilities.
4. A proactive problem solver with exceptional attention to detail.
5. Fluent in both German and English , with business-level proficiency.
6. A collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
