Team Lead Talent & Leadership Development (all genders)

Job Responsibilities

1. Drive the implementation and optimization of structured feedback processes for managers and employees to enhance transparency and development. Work towards the integration of 360° feedback into performance processes.
2. Develop and implement the Leadership Academy , ensuring tailored training formats for managers at all levels.
3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance leadership and learning strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
4. Lead a team of L&D Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and hands-on support in execution.
5. Partner with senior leadership and HRBPs to embed a culture of learning, feedback, and growth across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

1. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 5+ years in Leadership & Development (L&D), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
3. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
4. Strong skills in designing and developing training program content, as well as conducting workshops and training sessions.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong Project Management Skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and support your team to do so.
7. Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best.
8. Fluent written and spoken business English and German.
