What to expect

In the heart of Frankfurt am Main lies the headquarters of Premier Inn, Germany’s fastest-growing hotel chain. Here, you can play a key role in our revenue management team by contributing as a Revenue Management Analyst (m/f/d) to optimising our revenue strategies. Discover the potential of our dynamic team and apply your analytical skills to develop tailored pricing strategies and actively support our growth.

• Implementing the commercial strategy: Supporting the Commercial Lead in developing and implementing the commercial strategy for the German hotel portfolio. Analysing market trends, competitor behaviour, and demand to optimise pricing and revenue strategies.
• Analysing and managing event nights: Analysing pricing for event nights and monitoring demand for high-traffic events to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Maintaining and analysing pricing structures: Regularly maintaining and updating standard pricing structures, conducting audits to ensure accuracy, and analysing pricing models to recommend improvements.
• Managing group and B2B pricing: Implementing and maintaining automated group quoting tools and analysing group price requests to create competitive and profitable offers.
• Data analysis and reporting: Analysing large datasets to improve revenue, demand, and pricing strategies. Preparing regular reports and presentations for stakeholders.

What defines you

• Numerical acumen: You have strong numerical skills and bring excellent analytical abilities that help you make data-driven decisions.
• Language skills: You are fluent in both German and English to effectively communicate with both national and international teams.
• Technical proficiency: You are highly skilled in Excel and adapt quickly to new systems.
• Work experience: Experience in revenue management is a plus, but not a must. What counts is your willingness to learn and apply your analytical skills.
