The client is a leading company focused on advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions and large language model (LLM) integration . Their goal is to revolutionize how organizations process and interact with vast amounts of structured and unstructured data, improving decision-making and operational efficiency. Their technology empowers businesses with cutting-edge NLP capabilities, including intelligent document processing, machine learning-driven insights, and scalable AI-powered solutions.

About The Project

The project is a strategic Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) initiative , aimed at designing and implementing an advanced NLP/ML-powered solution for enterprise-wide knowledge and document management. Currently, there is no existing system in place, meaning the role will involve a comprehensive evaluation and integration of third-party NLP solutions . The consultant will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, selection, and deployment of a robust system that aligns with the organization\’s operational needs and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Extensive Senior-level experience in NLP and Artificial Intelligence.
• Proven experience in large language model integration and deployment.
• Strong Python development skills and familiarity with NLP libraries and frameworks.
• Expertise in leading AI/NLP projects, including evaluating external solutions and overseeing complex integrations.
• Hands-on experience in architecting and managing large-scale NLP implementations.
• Ability to supervise and monitor the integration of third-party NLP solutions in a corporate environment.
• Experience working as an NLP Consultant, Architect, or Lead in AI/NLP projects.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in AI-driven initiatives.

Good-to-have:

• Experience in pharmaceutical or research industries with an understanding of SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.
• Experience with enterprise-grade AI/ML deployments and regulatory compliance.
