A growing international company is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to manage diverse legal matters across commercial, corporate, and intellectual property law. This role offers direct collaboration with specialist departments and the opportunity to independently handle complex legal issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on commercial, corporate, and intellectual property law.
- Draft and negotiate complex contracts in sales and marketing, including international cooperation agreements.
- Ensure the legally compliant marketing of products, reviewing advertising law requirements nationally and internationally.
- Support product launches in Europe and global markets from a legal perspective.
- Act as the legal contact for diverse departments and manage special legal projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align legal strategies with business goals.
Your Profile:
- Fully qualified lawyer with two above-average state exams.
- Around two years of professional experience as a lawyer or in-house legal counsel.
- Expertise in commercial and corporate law, IP law, competition law, or medical law in national and international contexts.
- Strong advisory skills, acting as a trusted partner for internal teams.
- High reliability, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to contribute to innovative projects.
- Business-fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher).
