Your Quest:

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Junior IT Support (Full-time or part-time) (f/m/x) to join our team immediately and help us bring dynamic, lifelike movements to our next generation of immersive worlds.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a first point of contact for all IT related tasks
  2. Configure new computer hardware and software / perform upgrades and configuration of desktop and related peripherals
  3. Troubleshoot connectivity issues
  4. Set up and manage user accounts and permissions
  5. Update and maintain computer inventory and equipment

Requirements:

  1. Strong knowledge of Windows operating system, Linux is a plus
  2. Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365
  3. General networking knowledge (Ethernet, Wi-Fi)
  4. Competency in installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and software on PCs and related equipment
  5. Exceptional interpersonal skills
