Camino Search are partnering with an ambitious PE backed SaaS firm. The business has recently taken on further PE investment, has well established relations and is a clear market fit. Our partner is looking to capitalise the market further nationally and internationally. They’re seeing consistent growth and are now considering acquisitions. As such, they’re looking for a Financial Controller to join and in house their accounting function.

This is a brilliant opportunity in a business that has hands on investors and ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will be a partner to the CEO and the wider leadership team. Working with external accountants you will build internal processes and controls, produce strategic analysis and create a function for the future. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic and driven to get stuck into a leadership role within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of full month end accounts process including production
• Producing the financial statements including balance sheet, cashflows and P&L
• Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders including providing insightful analysis for investors
• Ownership of forecasting, annual budget, dashboards and 5 year plan
• Working with leadership and external advisors on strategic projects to aid national expansion and new market expansion
• Trusted advisor to the CEO and support of strategic initiatives
• Opportunity to build and develop your team
