Our team and business are expanding rapidly. We seek a Senior Director of Digital Product to support our Digital function. On is a company catering to explorers, builders, and entrepreneurs, creating innovative physical and digital experiences. Our Digital Team manages On\’s largest store & digital flagship, aiming to deliver a personalized, seamless shopping experience that WOWs customers throughout their digital journey.

The Senior Director will lead the vision and execution of our Digital Product across web & app platforms, including underlying systems, to create extraordinary experiences and explore new frontiers. This role involves working closely with internal teams from various departments to drive digital product development, directly influencing On\’s business goals and reporting to senior management.

Your Mission

• Visionary Leadership: Craft and promote a compelling digital product vision aligned with business objectives, innovation, and market trends. Inspire and lead diverse teams across product, engineering, and design.
• Strategic Influence: Collaborate across functions to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and influence stakeholders, especially in Tech and Marketing.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Evolve digital platforms into engaging, personalized touchpoints, ensuring seamless experiences across all markets.
• Agile Expertise: Utilize Agile methodologies to foster innovation, speed, and iterative development aligned with business outcomes.
• Long-Term Thinking: Balance innovation with stability, managing risks and aligning short-term actions with long-term strategy.
• Global Perspective: Navigate international market challenges, including cultural nuances and regional preferences.
• Experimentation & Agility: Promote a test/learn/iterate mindset, reducing system constraints to build customer engagement and loyalty.

Your Profile

• +15 years of product leadership experience, with at least 8 years leading large, high-performing teams.
• Proven track record in managing digital products across multiple channels: app, web, and platform/shared services.
• Deep understanding of user behavior, customer-centric mindset, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with large merchants and global commerce capabilities.
• Strong technical background to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and guide scalable, innovative digital solutions.
• Extensive ecommerce industry experience, including trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to manage budgets, optimize resources, and understand the financial impact of product decisions.
• Adaptability to market changes, embracing new technologies, and fostering continuous innovation.
• Exceptional problem-solving, creativity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
