As a SOC Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with our cyber security services and approaching challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Join the Swisscom Threat Detection & Response (TDR) Service team and help us shape the future of cyber security.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for ongoing interaction with customers regarding threat status and security enhancement
- Close collaboration with the Security Operations Center and technology vendors
- Identification and clarification of customer requirements in collaboration with product management, sales and operational units
Minimum Qualifications
- Several years of experience in Cybersecurity, Security Consulting or Security Engineering / Analysis with customer management experience
- Customer service management experience is advantageous
- Good knowledge of Cybersecurity, Security Operations Center and Incident Response
- Organized and meticulous personality with a passion for technical concepts and data
