Job Description
CS Group Germany GmbH is looking for a Head of Accounting & Controlling, reporting directly to the CFO of the Space Business Unit and working closely with the local Director of Operations. You will strengthen and develop the Finance team in Germany, providing a strong core to our next stage of development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Management of controlling and financial accounting;
• Responsible for the monthly reporting and the annual financial audited accounts;
• Rolling forecasting on a quarterly basis;
• Close cooperation with Managers and other stakeholders;
• Further development of reporting and control processes;
• Management of the Financial Accounting teams.

Qualifications
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

• Bachelor’s in accounting or Controlling;
• At least 3-5 years‘ related experience preferably in a large, multinational environment and bring experience in working with corporate reporting tools;
• Good understanding of German tax laws, regulations and reporting requirements, along with proficiency in German GAAP;
• Strong communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Team player and have a proactive mentality;
• Fluency in German and English; written, oral and presentation skills;
• Interpersonal and leadership skills, which allow you to interact and develop strong professional relationships.
