Regional Service Manager Energy Storage (m/f/d)

Location: DACH Region

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead post-sales service operations for both C&I and residential energy storage products . This role ensures best-in-class customer support, oversees technical service teams, and drives service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the service strategy, technical support, and after-sales operations across the region.
  2. Manage and develop service engineers and field technicians.
  3. Oversee troubleshooting, hotline support, and service escalation.
  4. Develop and implement installer training programs.
  5. Collaborate with R&D and product teams to improve product reliability.
  6. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in service management, preferably in energy storage or power electronics.
  3. Proven experience in customer care, service strategy development, and technical support.
  4. Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, MS Office).
  8. Fluent in German and English.
