• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in large agile projects or scaled frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS).
• Sound knowledge of agile methods and practices, including coaching skills.
• Experience in working with agile metrics, KPIs, and tools such as Jira.
• Strong communication skills, moderation skills, and assertiveness.
• Ability to support teams in their self-organization and proactively remove obstacles.
