IT-System Administrator / IT-Support (m/f/d)

Tasks Provide 1st & 2nd level IT support Install, configure and maintain Windows and Linux systems. Assist in the operation and monitoring of networks, servers and IT infrastructure. Help implement security solutions to ensure smooth IT operations. Analyze, document and resolve technical issues. Create and maintain IT documentation to make support understandable for everyone. Requirements Interest in IT – Are you passionate about technology? You’re the one we need! Willingness to learn – You’re ready to dive into the IT world. Team player – You love working with others and supporting your team. Problem-solving mindset – You always find a way to overcome challenges. Good German skills (min. B1 level) – Communication is key!
